The LT500P cartridge (manufacturers part no: 5231JA2002A), is designed to fit the new ranges of LG fridges which have internally fitting water filter cartridges. Note if your LG fridge has a filter which goes behind the fridge and is marked BL9808 then you require our other LG filter.

The filter is designed to last six months or 500 gallons - whichever comes first. It is certified to remove 92% of chlorine and 96% of sediment.

The LT500P is also used in some ATAG US style refrigerators, including the KA211 series. The cartridge is branded as an LG model but it is a direct replacement manufactured by the same company (Cuno).

These are manufacturers original cartridges.

Fits LG Models All models with internal filters (i.e. those that fit within the fridge unit itself). The most common fridge model is the 5231JA2002A-S by LG, and the KA211 by Atag.
