The filter seems to do exactly what it says on the box. The only respect in which it seems to differ from the original branded filter is the coupling fittings, and thanks to the adapters supplied the required adjustment was easily made. The fitting instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow, and promoted confidence in both the company and the product.
When I rang the company to check their bona fides, and to form some notion of their respectability, my query was dealt with quickly, politely and competently. As a result I was reassured and given confidence that I could safely and and sensibly deal with the company. The website is well designed and made on-lline ordering easy.
The filter is roughly half the price (so far as I can remember) of the branded goods and I consider it to be excellent value for money.
