The Neff American side by side refrigerator, with model K3990, uses the DD7098 cartridge, which besides neff refrigerators is also used in the majority of Daewoo models (your neff may even have a Daewoo branded cartridge).

These cartridges fit EXTERNALLY (i.e. behind your refrigerator in line with the plastic tube).
