Our cartridges are very high quality compatibles which are leak tested before leaving our factory.  

Testing and Research

We use the most secure tube connectors available, which are easy to use and don't leak.    This can be a problem with cheap compatibles which use push fit connectors, since the insertion/removal procedure can compromise the integrity of the ends of the tube over time.   All cartridge connections are assembled by our staff - not overseas.

Technical Support

We have almost 20 years experience in the water treatment industry.   We have fully trained staff to deal with any problems - unlikely - but necessary should there be an issue!   Many competitors are simply reselling cartridges they know little or nothing about - essentially marketing companies jumping on the bandwagon!    Many don't respond to customer or account enquiries, as they simply don't have the time, knowledge or resources to do so!

 

Low Prices

Our Prices are about the cheapest available online.   We realise some competitors occasionally try and knock 50p off our price, but they are not offering the service, support or same quality of product.    Many operate from residential addresses or garages, whereas we operate from a modern 8000sq ft industrial unit, with over a dozen full time staff.

Guaranteed Stock Availability

We keep more of these cartridges on the shelf than anyone - literally thousands!   You will never receive an email from us one or two days after ordering stating there will be a delay.   All orders are typically despatched same or next working day, by Royal Mail Small Packets (2 to 5 day service).

Our online ordering is totally secure.   We don't go through bureau processing - we operate a proper merchant account with a proper UK registered bank.    The secure ePayments system by HSBC is recognized as being very secure, and we use a combination of PGP encryption and SSL to ensure your card details are -always- kept safe.

Data protection

We don't pass on your details to third party companies or send junk mail.   All you will ever receive off us is a cartridge reminder in six months by post and email, to let you know your cartridge is due for renewal.
