As per our despatch confirmation orders typically take two to five working days to arrive via our standard service and one to two working days via our priority service. Goods are -not- despatched at weekends, meaning an order placed after Friday lunch will not be despatched until Monday.

International orders will be despatched via airmail - For Western Europe this is typically 5 to 7 working days, and Eastern Europe up to 14 days (although often quicker). Please note orders to the Republic of Ireland are classed as 'Western Europe' not UK.

Please note that all goods are insured and at our discretion higher value consignments may well be sent via a courier service to ensure adequate cover. If a packet doesn't arrive please contact us and we'll advise you on our current claims procedure.
