We automatically take payment from your credit/debit card immediately upon you confirming your order - if, in the highly unlikely event, we are unable to fufill you order within 5 working days we will offer to refund your card whilst we await stock. Even though payments are taken realtime, all orders are subject to our sales team approval and will be checked prior to despatch to ensure that the details provided are valid. Payments are processed by HSBC and will appear on your statement as Pozzani Pure Water.
Technical and Pricing Misrepresentations
To eliminate our losses caused by potential pricing and/or technical misrepresentations, Pozzani reserves the right to refuse any sale from this site for any reason. Email confirmations are sent automatically for your records and do not constitute any contract to supply the goods ordered at the prices stated. We will typically contact you within 24hrs (office hours only), if there is a problem.

Right to Return Items
Our returns policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive which means you have 14 days to return unwanted goods to us. Due to the nature of our products, and the health and safety implications caused by them being used and/or fitted, the goods must be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive a full refund.
For faulty/damaged goods, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return to us. Please call us on 01507 608 100 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you with our freepost address to return the goods. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods.
A warranty is supplied on most of our systems and products. This warranty is limited to faults which occur through normal operational usage of our products. We will not be liable for any consequential damage caused by our products failing, or being installed incorrectly. Consumable items carry a one year warranty as standard subject to them remaining unused. Once a consumable item is installed its warranty is determined by the technical specification of the product and its quoted life, in terms of time or usage.
We will usually replace any product which is damaged in transit immediately and deal with the courier firm to seek compensation ourselves. However, we reserve the right to not replace items prior to any invesitagation by the courier firm, and to inspect any goods prior to issuing replacements. Where goods are replaced due to a postal loss, customers are required to complete a 'Goods Not Received' (GNR) form, which MUST be returned to us within 28 days of the replacement item and form being received. In the event the GNR form is not returned, we will be unable to file a claim and will assume the original order was subsequently delivered and persue a charge accordingly.
Liability for Late Delivery
As courier/royal mail delivery is entirely beyond our control we accept no responsibility for delays in transit, or any consequential losses you incur as a result of such delays (such as pre-booked plumbers etc). Our maximum liability in the event of a delivery problem will be the cost of the carriage paid by the consumer for the order in question.
